1. Application Scope

I am applying only for consideration to the Innovate for GMC challenge. Selection is competitive and subject to review by the Innovate for GMC team and partners.

2. Acceptance

If accepted, I will be notified via my email. Once my placement is confirmed, I will not withdraw for non-force majeure circumstances.

3. Mandatory Requirements

If selected, I must undergo:

• A medical screening,
• A mandatory drug test, and
• Other requirements as outlined in the official Innovate for GMC guidelines.

4. Drug & Substance Policy

If I test positive for any prohibited substances, I may be immediately disqualified from the program. Relevant narcotic laws of Bhutan will apply, and I may face legal action as per the law.

5. Participation Obligations

If selected, I am expected to participate fully in the program activities, training, and deliverables. Withdrawals will only be permitted under force majeure circumstances. Voluntary withdrawal may require repayment of stipends or benefits received on a pro-rata basis.

6. Data Usage & Privacy

My application data will be collected and used for program administration, monitoring, and research purposes.

Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for reports, publications, or future program design.

My personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required for program delivery and legal compliance.

7. Code of Conduct

If selected, I will abide by the Innovate for GMC Code of Conduct, which emphasizes respect, integrity, responsible use of social media, and adherence to Bhutanese laws and values.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

The Innovate for GMC program, its partners, and delivery agencies shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where mandated by law.
